The Story so far
From their production facilities located in Tamworth UK, for over 85 years Brown & Holmes have been providing Work Holding and Machining solutions for a range of industries including nuclear, aerospace, medical and defence, machine tool, automotive, and power generation sectors.
The company has evolved and grown over that time and now consists of 5 sectors:
Brown & Holmes (Tamworth) Limited – Workholding and Specialist machining
Brown & Holmes (Derby) Limited – Specialist control and instrument panels
Total Filtration Solutions (TPS) – CNC Coolant and Air Filtration
Manufacturing Productivity Solutions (MPS) – Standard Workholding Solutions
Brown & Holmes Automation Limited – In 2025 the business expanded through the acquisition of the well-established business LB Foster Automation and Materials Handling. This acquisition instantly added to the range of equipment and solutions available including Automated machines, conveyors and materials handling equipment and robotic solutions.
